FUN REACT Examples to Enhance Memorization/Application

My favorite part of this week's lecture was Professor Moore's discussion of FUN REACT. This is a list to represent everything a marketer must consider in executing an integrated marketing campaign and especially when using social media within this campaign.

Here is a quick review of FUN REACT:

F Facilitation (creating conversation that inspires brand loyalty)
U Uniqueness (creating hype over a unique product, but hype must be true)
N Not Selling (professor, I did not understand this one, as stated within my survey)
R Return on Investment (ROI -- you should have a return on your social media campaign)
E Empathy with the Customer
A Audit the social media conversation
C Crisis Response (have a plan ready to go!)
T Timing (right message to the right person at the right time in the right context)

In my posts after this, I will give examples of Facilitation and Crisis Response.
